What is your return policy?
Because all piece are made to order, we can accept non sale items in new condition for store credit only. You have seven (7) calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. However, due to time frame considerations, we cannot guarantee that the change will take effect.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note: credit cards issued by local banks that do not carry one of the above logos will not be accepted by our global processing service.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package.
Which countries does 1-100 ship to?
1-100 ships globally with a few exceptions. If you do not see your country during checkout, we do not ship to your country.
When will my order ship?
All pieces are made to order by hand in our atelier. Please allow 3 weeks for us to complete and ship your piece
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from 1-100 to your shipping address by the shipping provider selected at checkout. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is under the jurisdiction of the shipping provider, and we are not and cannot be responsible for delays or loss due the shipping provider. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered, and the risk of loss passes to you.
A signature requirement is enforced for all shipments to prevent theft.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay for international shipments?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. 1-100 does not collect sales or use tax in any other states at this time; however, your purchase may be subject to local sales or use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by 1-100 and pay sales or use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
If you are shipping outside of the US, once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which you are shipping in order to release your order from customs. DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE MARKED “BILL TO RECIPIENT”. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
